Through the pit less depth of autumn’s movement.

 

Ahead of me lays a moment waiting for me to intercept..

 

In the past, thunder breaks silence’s echo against my soul’s window pain..

 

I shudder to recall what tumultuous isolation led me to this other side which I disdain..

 

In a world of rippling dreams.. we give and take nothing which is of any good it seems..

 

Insightful minds wander together through cosmic magic…

 

Yet egos trough leaves us torn apart… in the end it is all just tragic…

 

How must I escape from this grip… gripping me so lightly yet my body cannot even

 

Move Slightly…

 

Amidst my minds constant circling..

 

Alas meditation brings such long awaited tranquility..

 

But in the end.. this physical body surrenders again to its dimensional futility..

 

It is all about the matter which keeps us within…

 

Screaming to get out of this tight fitting skin.

 

The spirits which roam must laugh at us.. really..

 

Because they glide along so unmasked… so smooth and do so “free”ly.

For centuries people have sang, talked, drawn and written about love. There are some who believe that a person cannot truly love another until they have experienced being in love first. I believe, every person can love at anytime because love resides within everyone. It is not something we learn from experience or from other’s, unless we have forgotten how to feel our love that lives inside.

Beginners Energetic Healing Course Including Reiki Level 1

A Beginners Course in Energetic Healing and Reiki Level 1, Written and Taught by Reiki Masters Sepi Ghafouri and Firestar.

Want to raise your vibration so you can feel better everyday? Want to balance your chakras and energy to allow wellness? Tired of experiencing physical dis-eases like anxiety, depression and pain? Tired of traditional medicine that doesn’t seem to work? Want to learn how to heal yourself? Want to eventually learn to to heal others?

Our beginners class will provide you with the ability to give yourself Reiki, teach you in-depth knowledge about energy healing and prepare you to learn the Intermediate Course which will include Reiki II (Healing Others)!Our first class filled up quickly but our next Class is Saturday, December 8th from 130 pm to 630 pm and we have open enrollment right now. The class sizes are small so that we can have a wonderful, intimate learning experience for all. 2 to 4 students per class.The class will be held in West Hollywood or Beverly Hills and we will provide course material, grounding food and water.

We will be holding a mandatory Reiki Circle at least 21 days following the course in order for everyone in the class and prior Reiki classes to get together, check in about shifts experienced during the 21 days, connect, do some group reiki and get your official certificates for Reiki

By the end of the course you will receive:
1. Reiki 1 Initiation
2. Reiki 1 Certificate (given at Reiki Circle)
3. Taught Violet Flame Healing as well as other energetic healing topics
4. Community support
5. Be able to give Reiki to self
6. Open invitation to all future Reiki Circles.
7. Completed Pre-Requisite for taking the Intermediate Course which includes the Reiki II Practioner Initiation and Certficate.

This beginners class is $500.00 and payment is due no later than November 23rd to secure your spot. We prefer payments in the form of cash or check, but if you would like you can also pay with visa, mastercard or discover for an additional fee of $17.45.

There is a cancellation policy since the class sizes are so small. If you cancel the class there is a 50% fee ($250) that is kept and the rest refunded to you.

Reiki Master Healer/Teacher Sepi founded Soulillume after graduating from We Heal University where she completed the Intergrative Reiki Mastery Method Course. The Power of Smiling!

There is such an immense power in the simple act of Smiling! A lot of people throughout my life have told me that they love my smile. I smile often because I am in a state of joy a lot of the time!

One of my core beliefs is that people prefer to be happy and in a state of joy then to be sad and engulfed in ego. The only thing missing for most people is the lack of tools on being happy and in a higher vibration of joy. What I love about smiling is that it is contagious and the affect of smiling at other people is proof of one of my core beliefs. Whenever I smile while I am walking on the street, people end up smiling back and saying hello to me! They light up! Try it the next time you are walking on the street.

When I smile at my cats, they wink back!

I believe smiling does something chemically in our bodies,  raises our vibration and in turn we perform better in all areas of life. I tested this theory when I took the California Bar Exam. The CA Bar Exam is probably the toughest Bar Exam in the country. I studied 6 days a week for three months in order to get ready for the grueling 3 day exam, which typically has a pass-rate of 30 to 45%. Before I started, I promised myself I would do three things.

1. Study Hard;

2. Maintain good health by eating well and exercising often; and

3. Be Positive.

When the big exam day came, I smiled in every single session.

The affects were tremendous. I had a wondrous amount of energy during the three days and most importantly, I passed the exam on the first try!

Some people may read this and think, well you can’t just fake a smile and have it affect your vibration. Well, don’t fake it! Think thoughts that help you feel better or good and then smile! Even from a purely physical perspective, your body prefers it when you smile because you use less muscles smiling than frowning!
